Many of those who take phlebotomy training courses or study nursing use weight charts to track the healthy BMI of children, teenager and adults. Although this is considered an acceptable benchmark, it's important to realize that even if you are in the "unhealthy" range on a weight chart, you still may be completely healthy. Some of us have large bones or are very muscular, which makes the weight chart reading inaccurate.
